I think all Americans get tarred with the same brush
just cos the 'upper' end of society in the USA are a bunch of cunts, it doesn't mean that normal folks are any less likeable than anyone else. Some will be arseholes, some will be lovely

My theory
is that there is a fixed percentage of idiots and arseholes in the world. America has a huge population, therefore it has more idiots and Arseholes.

Conversely though, it has lots of nice people too - all the Americans I have ever known have been from the nice percentage.
