b3tans suck

Sorry if its too large but I can't resize it or change the quality in elements without arseing up the timing of the frames.

It's a geeky _big_ website. Tsh!

You don't have to read the site, pin-head.

love how you come on
to tell us we personally suck,
and then apologise for the size of your image.
Especially when 'woo' and 'yay' weren't invented by b3ta.

still
B3ta did invent the wonderful combination of the two to specifically refer to an amusing or artfully done image/picture, as well as the suffix 'houpla' for additional congratulations.

true
but its annoying when someone goes 'I just heard someone in the supermarket say 'woo!' - he must have been a b3tan'. They could just have been a little bit poofty...

Woo
is a word I use a lot (since before B3ta).
/little bit poofty

The origin of woo
12 years ago Rob and Joel used to be flatmates. They also lived with a Polish Scouser called H ugo Grek who would spend a lot of his time jumping up and down and shouting "woo" - this is the origin of woo.
100% OF FACT

... only in the context of jumping up and down
I reckon "woo" is even older than Rob`s 45 years on this earth
(
Reckless_Rik, Thu 23 Dec 2004, 16:47,

that'll be why its appeared on b3ta ever since
but its proof it didn't start here!
(

Yes
that's all true. though the memetic spread of woo only really happened on b3ta. prior to that, it was the preserve of a small group of cogniscenti

It's blimming annoying
I was eMule'ing some MAME updates earlier this week, and the .rar wouldn't unpack. Turned out some twink had renamed a soft-core porn movie to "MAME 0.81 update from 0.80.rar". Bah.
I wouldn't have minded, but 700meg of soft core porn? What's the point?

how
do you animate in elements?!
(
sikko666-unfluffy, Thu 23 Dec 2004, 16:50,

you can
use each layer as a frame, name them something like frame one frame two etc, then go to save for web, gif, animation, then the timeing is at the bottom. I'm running a mac, though I don't suppose its any different. iDraw is a good little gif animaiton program for anyone else using a mac.
