if the torchwood spin off is going to have any credibility in dealing with the 'big nasties' out
there, then it can't defeat either cybers/daleks as that would make it 'too good'

and the 'genesis' ark does kinda heavily lean itself towards davros..

Think it was the original davros voice actor who was hired. Not sure if Terry Molloy was doing it
