and not too much green screen usage
(
Dixipoos Bye Bye Blackbird, Fri 5 Jan 2007, 10:17,

Yeah, bloody right
the worst use of green screen I ever saw in the cinema was the 1st 'Final destination', you could always tell when someone was about to 'unexpectedly' die as they went a bit fuzzy round the edges.

you may be disappointed...
George Lucas and Steven Spielberg have announced that filming will indeed commence sometime in 2007, in preparation for a big May, 2008 release. No details were revealed about the premise, except that it will be a "character piece", that will include some "very interesting mysteries." The description of an Indiana Jones movie as a "character piece" may be a bit different from how you'd describe the first two (the third one very much was so), but that last bit... well, of course, we knew *that*. The only hint about locations is that some filming will be done in Los Angeles, although it was unclear if that refers to Hollywood sets (probably) or that Los Angeles is an actual location in the movie..
thing is, how do you top finding the holy grail??? - Atlantis?

They did do a game called "Fate of Atlantis"
If it follows the plot of the game (unlikely) it could be pretty good.

And the only useful plot hint has been:
"For the moment, the title of the new film as well as its story line are being kept under wraps. In August, however, Lucas told Empireonline.com, "I discovered a McGuffin. I told the guys about it and they were a little dubious about it, but it's the best one we've ever found. ... Unfortunately, it was a little too 'connected' for the others. They were afraid of what the critics would think. They said, 'Can't we do it with a different McGuffin? Can't we do this?' and I said 'No.' So we pottered around with that for a couple of years. And then Harrison really wanted to do it and Steve said, 'Okay.' I said, 'We'll have to go back to that original McGuffin and take out the offending parts of it and we'll still use that area of the supernatural to deal with it.' "
Whatever the hell that means...
