she was probabily hit and restrained for a reason. And I have my doubts about her being epileptic.

If she really went for it then they probably would have to resort to force to try subdue her.

I can't actually see the vid from work.
But the copper said he punched her several times then punched her in the arm to try to numb it.
If a bunch of supposedly trained blokes can't hold down one woman then they're not doing a very good job.
