Hi-res can be found on ProjectGutenburg by searching
for 'Punch'. Issue zips for html is best, but some
do have full scans also. You can browse the htmls
direct but much faster to scoop batches of zips.
Got some how-to pics for the colouring if you want.

Vic cards can be sourced via Goggle image searches
and there are some cheap clipart cds of them too.
