# Yes indeed. That is one of their main arguments.

However, there are examples of all the stages of the evolution of the eye to be found throughout the animal kingdom, from light-sensitive cells directly on the nervous system, to great big googly eyes that follow you around the room.

In addition, if the eye is supposed to be an example of intelligent design, then the designer is a fucking idiot. The eye is actually one of the most poorly 'designed' features of the human body, especially with it being our primary sense.
The photo-sensitive cells are behind the axons, meaning most of the light is lost there.
The nerves all go across those cells and out the back, leaving the blind spot. A fucking blind spot, mind. In the bloody eye!
Then there's the problems of corneas and whatnot, misshapen eyes producing myopia and all sorts.
Cataracts.

God's an arsehole then.

# "right then let's see...
... I'll put that bit in there, and then.. hmmm.. put one of them in the middle of it, and, oh! A magnifying glass, I'll stick that on the front"

I HAVE CREATED THE EYE!

Over-enthusiatic and didn't check the schematic before starting work.

# I shall respond in the style of a creationist

But you're using too many words. Surely your argument doesn't need so many words. By using so many words, your argument has become invalid. You use too many words. There are too many words.

Your argument is invalid! Words too few. Few new words!
