Tell them nicely that you are the images owner and ask them to remove it from their site.
If you get no reply send them a link to the original uncropped image.
If you still have no reply get a little firmer, but generally stay nice.
IF this doesn't work send them a link showing them exactly how they're breaking copywrite laws and say you will soon concider taking action.
