I'mregretting not buying the First Editions of newspapers from the garage that said she wasn't dead. I was coming back from our usual sunday McDonalds breakfast (of champions, a thinly disguised atempt to get away from my loony mother for a bit). They pulled them all soon after and had them sent back.

I bought a selection of all the papers that morningI had some sense it was going to be a big thing, which is odd because I wasn't even really aware of the woman back then!

Well, aged 12 it didn't really matter to me. I was more irritated that I lost two days of television, one when she died and the second for the funeral. Seeing as it ws the weekend, I was a bit miffed.

I felt like saying "I'm not because she was a neurotic horse faced idiot with more money than sense".
Heowever I'm too polite for that and just smiled and nodded incredulously.
