It's a fly.
But it's not all that good. It's tricky: any smaller and it's hard to tell what it is. I could do with more pixels in order to fit the legs in better, but then it'd be too big for an icon.

But that was dictated by the space available once I'd done the body large enough to see. :\

You could probably get away with not having legs on it
the shape of the body and wings might be enough
