Although the Whooper Swan seems to turn into a female Mute Swan just before first contact is made. Can this be corrected?

The Bald Eagle is indigenous to North America and its main diet consists of fish. So it wouldn't prey on either a Whooper or Mute Swan, even if either of those species were found in that continent ... which they aren't.
