It's a possessive apostrophe. Which you don't need, any more than you need the 's' to indicate plurality, because there's only one of them.

my street ought to have an apostrophe. Despite living there for 15 years I only realised after hearing about this stroy on the radio recently
I amazed myelf and my unusual lack of pedantry.
