yup. It's official, hollywood has run out of ideas.
Before long, the remakes will be announced just as the trailers for the current versions are just being released in cinemas.

the remake has come out before the original, on one occasion
that spanish horror film, [REC] - They delayed the release in America until after the Hollywood remake, Quarantine, came out.

[REC] was amazingly brilliant. Quarantine was shite.
Luckily I had the forsight to watch the original first and not spoil it...
[REC]2 isn't too shabby, either...
