This is a normal post If you don't know what a lathe, welder and milling machine are, you are not part of the man club.
To graduate to "Man" (note the capitalisation), you need to know how to use them.

Having a 'tach and "fuck you boss" cash stashed away are bonus points.

Note, ladies can be a Man is they can fulfil the 3 basic skill set and punch with the thumb outside the fist.

This is a normal post I'm sorry. Having a 'tache to be a man is purely a French thing. Man up and use a decent cut throat razor.

A real CNC machinist would have done that in a tenth of the time and would be able to run off exact copies. That's a real bodge job.

This is the kind of machine I am in charge of at work.

This is a normal post Here is the product I designed with the use of our Mazak, DMG and Mori-Seiki machines.

Sorry for the self promotion but as we are on an engineering slant I thought some people might find it interesting.

I also did the 3D model in Siemans NX.

OK it is NOT a CNC machine, I was mislead by the title. However a good machinist could use the graduations on the manual machine to make a much more accurate workpiece if they could be bothered to do it.

I suppose for a one off it is OK and the use of the phone is innovative. Much better could be done by cutting out the design as using a pattern mill.

This is a normal post That's a CNC mill, worth about a dimension more.
Not something you twilddle 10th and 100th by hand.

Still impressive.
