This is a normal post I stopped getting force-fed commercial radio when I left my previous job 2ish years ago.
Thank FUCK. I barely recognised any of the tunes in that video.
It's really nothing new though. It's a hook. They go through trends just like clothing does. And just like clothing, the people that subscribe to these sort of trends are usually the same ones that have absolutely no grasp on how to develop their own personality or sense of self, so instead rely on imitating someone else's.
Or as we call them in the Highlands, Fuds.
