As I've gotten older and had a couple of back surgeries the thought of eating badly and not exercising just doesn't seem attractive anymore.
The burgers and fried food I used to hunger for make me feel a bit sick.

I had a gym membership for a couple of months.
Until I realised that paying £20 a month for the privilege of staying in shape was fucking ridiculous, when I could just cycle to work every day instead of taking the bus, spend the same amount of time traveling and save myself £23 a week.
I have tiny arms and enormous legs, but the girlfriend says she still loves me.
