PEEPHOLE
I made this!
I thought I'd shamble out of the shadows to show off a VR comedy sketch I just finished cobbling together.
I know that nobody watches things in VR. That's your fault, not mine.
.....and it looks like embedded videos on the page don't support 360 panning. Follow the link to watch it properly.

That was interesting
I had to watch it twice, because I kept missing things. I can't decide if that is just me not being used to the medium, or you not doing enough to prompt me to look in the right direction.
Good work though!

VR is a stupid medium that is awful for telling stories in.
That's why I basically wrote a loosely illustrated radio sketch.

360° VR videos are shit
You shouldn't be expected to stand up and turn around to look behind you when you can't see what's really around you or where you're putting your feet. If you can't view it sitting down then don't bother.

360 videos happen when a director or cameraman is too fucking lazy to do his job.
Similar to VR in games. I don't WANT to stand up, turn around (or in advanced versions, walk on some weird treadmill). I'm playing games because I'm sedentary and I like to remove opportunities for accidentally thinking too hard from my life.

Are you basing that guess on the content of the sketch, or on our grotesque geek faces?
