Falcon Heavy launch scheduled for 6:30 pm tonight
The largest rocket launched for many a year. If it works, it'll be spectacular. If it doesn't (and there's a pretty high chance of that) there'll be an almighty explosion. Either way it's got to be worth a watch...
Edit: The launch attempt has slipped to 19:50 because of upper level winds.

I love the fact that Elon Musk even makes reference to their being a chance of it "exploding into millions of tiny pieces" on launch.
I hope that he doesn't do the safety announcements when he starts doing commercial flights......

This is where we are going wrong.
The martians have done nothing for us and yet we are giving them a car! Next they'll be moaning that the colour offends their martian faith so we'll have to send another. Then they'll want free healthcare and houses. And who is going to pay for that? Elon Musk? Not a chance. It'll be us tax payers. Bloody liberal multi billionaires pandering to the whims of 3 legged, green spongers.

I think there'll be enough flames around without you trying to burn the place down.
