This is a link post Deaf Mugger I made this!
The government has a scheme called Access to Work which pays for disabled people to get the assistance they need to do their job properly. Deaf people use this fund to pay for interpreter support, or note takers. I thought, taken to its logical conclusion, that Deaf criminals would do the same... Hope it's funny at least.
