Perhaps it would lighten up your day
knowing, that most female bodybuilders are available for private "sessions", because there is so little money in their "sport" and their expensive drug habits (of very various kind).
*hint*

Arm wrestling is so skill based
that this match only makes sense for entertaining general public.
That doesn't mean that bodybuilders are weak. The more advanced ones have usually enough muscle mass and are on enough steroids that even their counter-productive training (from strength perspective) gets them decently strong.
On the other hand, young and underweight weightlifters and powerlifters don't usually move significant poundages even if training "correctly".
Paradoxically, young amateur "bodybuilders" training for looks only, soon recognise that they cannot achieve bodybuilderesque physique without chemical enhancements and easily surpass in terms of strength/muscle mass (which is heavily correlated in inexperienced trainers) their counterparts training for strength sports.
That makes some sense, because while strength sports are possible without doping, bodybuilding in current form is simply not.

He doesn't need to find them...
He has a line of willing and able ladies to carry out the deed. I did say 'are you not worried about later life?' he said 'the bit were you're pissing and shititng yourself in a carehome?' 'Point taken', I said.

A good friend of mine was nagging me to join a gym with him in February- I didn't. He is now fucking enormous.
He does not have a "willing line of able ladies" chasing after him though :)
