This is in fact some sort of alternate version they've snuck onto youtube a couple of days ago, it's so ingrained in internet culture, the video itself has a youtube player inside the youtube video.
They've managed to add in a load more memes as well, from LEEROOOY JENKINS to Line Rider to something that should really have been in there in the first place... a SNAAAAAKE and quite a few more Badgers Badgers references

Oh and watch it to the end for the inevitable...

and it's kind of been done before (or maybe after, depending on when this was released) by South Park too with most of the same memes having a big fight. Sometimes meme's just aren't clever, they're the marketing equivalent of a 50 year old dad with a backwards cap on.
