Long-shift breakfast, a.k.a. a mug of coffee and a black pudding sandwich.
For the sandwich, use white bread, butter, brown sauce and four slices of that Irish black pudding they sell in Morrisons.

I used to have this for breakfast when I worked 12-hour shifts on a production line. Not only is it good at waking you up, it'll keep you going all the way to lunchtime.

It's a nightmare. When I'm down south, which is most of the time, I occasionally get suckered into to buying some black pudding in the vain hope that this time it won't be shite.

Had a bacon, mushroom and black pudding bap
from the truckstop just off M5 J25 (Taunton exit). The size of a half-pound burger, even without any burger in it! Awesome and delicious. The truckstop's gone now, there were rumours of it relocating nearby though.
