Another religious bossMy ex-boss was an extremely religious man. But although he never missed an opportunity to inform us that he was a devout and committed christian, he didn't seem to look down on us filthy heathens, nor try to ram his dogma down our throats. He was very up front that it was a fundamental part life for him and his family, but that it was - and should be - a personal choice. Respect to that.
Of course, my respect for him went down a couple of notches when, at the rather drunken pub session on the day I left the company, his extremely young secretary revealed that he'd tried to fuck her when she first joined the company...
Compartmentalisation is a wonderful skill.
