maybe i am the one being pedantic here but......did you not just describe the exact same activity in two different ways?
I dont care! The csm could "complete" the "promise to pay document" using a fountain pen lovingly filled with his pet pony's pre-cum. As long as the bank cash it and i have access to anti bac soap then "its all good". (Please forgive me this second use of american parlance)
