When planning my wedding, I was petrified I would blub uncontrollably at the main event. When trying to choose music, any wedding video on youtube would set me off (yeah, and things like Canon in D).
I was fine on the actual day though and I was perfectly serene and dignified - drink and tranquillizers meant I didn't really know what was happening.
