For the recordMy stories are almost always true (the Paranoid one in my profile being the exception) but like rswipe's sometimes exaggerated.
And I get the feeling that this is the case for many posters. It's a well worn literary device after all.
I'd rather read a post with some arms and legs which is entertaining than some dull account of how Nigel lost a book down the back of his gran's sofa, or whatever.
