grrrI think you should be kept away from vehicles too.
Uninsured drivers make my piss boil. Ever tried claiming from the Motor Insurance Beaureau? Its something set up that ALL insured drivers pay a portion of their premium into to provide payouts to victims of uninsured drivers.
I will tell you now, its a long, drawn out miserable process that may not even be worth the hassle.
I had the best car I ever owned written off by some fud with no licence and no insurance.
He was fined £250.
