Fear of sleeping without socks.I have always had the bizarre fear that if I go to bed without socks on, one of my toenails will scratch the douvet and rip clean off. Whenever I try to sleep 'Feet Commando' I get stupidly aware of my toes, and cannot get to sleep. This causes problems while trying to 'entertain' in the bedroom. I have to sneak my feet under the covers and hope our feet do not brush against eachothers. Which they often do, and I get laughed at. Kinda kills the moment. Oh well.
