Dear Stomach
I ski, I fly power kites, I eat barely anything and I cycle miles and miles per day.

Why are you still here?



Edit: This is made particularly annoying by my flatmate, who does fuck all, is 6' tall and weighs 65kg.

None of those activities really work your tum tum
Go running, or hit the gym as well. Also, eat! If you eat small sporadic amounts, you're body stores more fat because it doesn't know when it's next getting fat. Key to losing weight is to eat. Loads of protein.

Now, I just need to follow my own advice...

When I was 18
I was 6' tall and weighed 57kg. I cycled a lot though. Now I'm more like 100Kg because I discovered B3ta,

I gave up smoking...
...and put on 1/2 a stone in a week, one full stone in a month.

Perhaps the key is smoking. Yes, I'm certain of it. Give up the exercise and take up the fags. Tell your GP that TheSnark told you so; (s)he'll understand.

I'm one of those annoying bastards who eats 5 meals a day and never puts on weight...even after giving up smoking :)
