This is a question How nerdy are you?

This week Gary Gygax, co-creator of Dungeons and Dragons, died. A whole generation of pasty dice-obsessed nerds owes him big time. Me included.

So, in his honour, how nerdy were you? Are you still sunlight-averse? What are the sad little things you do that nobody else understands?

As an example, a B3ta regular who shall remain nameless told us, "I spent an entire school summer holiday getting my BBC Model B computer to produce filthy stories from an extensive database of names, nouns, adjectives, stock phrases and deviant sexual practices. It revolutionised the porn magazine dirty letter writing industry for ever.

Revel in your own nerdiness.

Slightly
I know how to use selotape; superglue; and a pencil to join the L1 bridges on the old duron cpus. I have a small collection of various processors including 2 1ghz mobile durons, one of which has never been used, some various speed durons, a thunderbird or 3 and an old clawhammer. I also water cooled my cpu for a few years. I also know lot's of boring/random/pointless stuff such as how to work what rating fuse to use in a plug, and basics of string theory and the fact that electrons travel in the opposite direction to what most people think electricity travels. I also read several online comics.

I think my duron collection is the most nerdy thing about me. At one time I wanted to collect one of every speed and put them in a display case in order.

I've got 8 1ghz durons sitting on top of the computer I'm currently using. Which has a Q6600.
