Hmm, I'm considering a sausage dish this weekend, I managed to get my hands on some wild boar sausages this weekendGoing to cook them this weekend with probably some onions, red wine, paprika, carrots, tomatoes and serve with mash. (or something along those lines).
But next time I get my hands on some decent pork sausages, shall definitely give that a go.
