Not anywhere near enough.
I'm constantly tired. I fall asleep sometimes in the afternoons. Then I can't sleep at night. My doctor says it's just one of the many fun symptoms of depression.

In the average day.
How much snooze do you get?
I can go from 14 hour sleeps to functioning on 4 hours for a month or so.

Most days nothing.
Sometimes half an hour, sometimes I can be home for two or three hours.

You need to try and get into a routine of going to bed at a sensible hour
And fixing your 'wake up' point, eventually it'll help you.
