How does that work out?
I'm pretty sure that you should be entitled to more than three hours access a week. If it did end up in court again, she could stand to lose a lot more.
I would keep pushing the non-legal approach for as long as tolerable though.

Because she doesn't work and is on benefits
and is therefore entitled to legal aid. Which Monty, as he earns above a certain threshold (even if it is almost entirely spoken for) is not. Or so I would imagine.
