Buzzardsare lazy buggers. They won't hunt if they can dine on tasty pre-killed meals on the road. Meals under wheels, if you will. Run over some rabbits on your way to work if you want to see more buzzards.
Actually, there is a huge number of buzzards these days. There's been quite a population explosion of late.
