My Thursday is neutral at the moment
I had Muesli with dried fruit in for breakfast rather than a sausage sandwich. So long-term good but short-term bad. I don't have any urgent deadlines but I do have stuff to do so that's good.

Alt: The 3 main parties are corrupt millionaire identicunts, and UKIP appeal only to morons so I'm probably going to vote Green. I like their policies mostly.
AltAlt: Canteen is serving Roasted Sussex chicken crown with Rosemary new potato, sage and onion stuffing for lunch. THEY KNOW ABOUT CHICKEN THURSDAY

Have a look how much sugar is in Muesli.
You'd be better off with a McDonalds shake.

I've given up trying to find sugar-free muesli that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
I just get porridge oats now and make porridge instead.

Do you gently heat the milk in a saucepan
or just add cold milk to oats and microwave the whole thing?
