I bought pigeon breasts ona whim.
I also bought a frozen mallard which I can deal with. I've never cooked pigeon before though. What an interesting post, you're so interesting. Tell us more.

Pigeon breast sandwichesseems to be the plan at the moment. My missus is a mental half veggie so I've got obstacles.
