This wasn't in the cell.It's when they were booking me.
He basically told me to piss myself. Then when he took me to the cell they had a mattress on the floor, I asked what I was supposed to do with it, he said he didn't care what I did with it.

Aliases like RogerTheStarFishwould make THEM laugh. Always had a toilet in the cell though. Never a blanket.
