Since SB is made from industrial waste and rubbing alcohol, probably.However, beer in general is a difficult area. Some ale, for example, is cleared using isinglass finings - made from the swim bladder of a fish*. Although the finings should have been removed before you get it, it's quite fun to tell Vegans that just as they're about to sup, and watch them struggle with the idea that animal products were used in the process, even if they're no longer present...
* How the festering wank did anyone think to try that?
