Working under a car
I reached out to grab a spanner and dislocated my shoulder - Ow
I couldn't pop it back in by rolling over reloacting it because there was a car above me (was on ramps)
I had to crawl out with a lifeless arm and then roll over and pop it back in

...the fuck do you dislocate your arm through regular usage?

Are your balls also detachable?

It was bending in the opposite direction
I also bent my knee the wrong way walking up stairs
(and I think I may have dislocated a bollock at one point - but that was through cycling too much)
