It's
almost like they don't want your money when you try to pay them back as well. Due to moving to foreignland my repayments should be tricky. Except i actually managed to organise myself for once and set up a direct ebit. At least that's what they told me I had done. Except the idiot at the end of the phone forgot to press "set up DD" at the end of the call. Five times. So when they rang to do a customer satisfaction survey after having threatened me with bailiffs I bypassed polite when asked for a one word rating of the service so far.

Yet when the shoe's on the other foot...
They sent me a statement and an immediate demand for payment (Along with backdated charges) for my supposed students loans - attributed to a university I didn't attend and loans I didn't take out.

I helpfully rang them up, incurring god know much on my phone bill waiting for their useless excuse for a call centre. However, once I had pointed out that the error of their ways and the nasty demand letters wasn't my loan at which point they dropped the claims.

I felt it necessary to invoice them for my own personal dministration fee of £15, as I was responsible for sorting out their mess. Yet strangely, I never heard another word.
