The last time I was in Nottingham they were all exact fare onlyEveryone knew this. There's no problem.
However, if the bus co. are claiming they aren't exact fare only and are making it any more difficult for the customer to claim their change then they are cunts and whoever came up with the idea and doesn't deserve fingers. And anyone who thinks its ok is a dog's cunt.
The customer was doing the right thing - if someone's trying to rip you off with inconvenience then inconvenience them until it costs them more than doing the decent thing.
