Every week my schoolfriends and I would pick out a bottle of alcohol each and a bottle of mixer, pour them together and then down it. One time I picked baileys and orange juice.

although i regularly mix cream with tomato puree for a yummy pasta sauce,
i'd have expected that to curdle, yet it doesn't, i think the higher the fat content the less likely it is, also i'm stirring it not sure if that makes a difference
