get together next time I'm home (in a month or so) and see what we can put together! I've got another one in my profile. If you'd like. I posted it a month or two ago, but it wasn't working properly.

muck things up a bit.
:)
Maybe I'll go on a world tour of Denmark and play a few spots with you.
If I was better funded.

Would be cool! I'm not the worst guitarist in the world, but I'm not as skilled as you!
I'm actually very impressed by your playing!

When I put more stuff up, I'll let you know. I'll be in the studios here a bit in the next couple of weeks so anything that's quality coming from there I'll try and post.

with the bass plugged directly into the mixer, or was it souped up with a preamp of some kind?

I play on a custom-designed bass, with a built-in preamp. It's got an on board parametric EQ so I can mess with it however I'd like, with a mid frequency selector.
So, to answer you question... not exactly.

Parametric EQ'ing rules! It seems to be a quality preamp in that bass of yours! I'm thinking of getting an active EMG pickup kit for my stratocaster one fine day!

I've got a full Bartonlini setup in mine (2 soapbar pickups with the active para-EQ) which is excellent. Though EMG pickups have statistically been better off for studio ventures.
