I'd ask the people who did the 3D printing if they've got any tips, and also if they've got any reject material you can practice on (different materials take to latex in different ways, so if you can test on the same material, so much the better).

The trickiest parts are (a) stopping the mould from deforming once you've taken it off the master, and (b) casting things with holes (like the gap between your model's arms and body).

Incidentally, I think it's fab what you've done :)
