hahaI was tidying my nan's shed for her not long before she died (about 2002) and found an unused lens for a Hillman Hunter circa 1967 still in it's packaging. I asked her if I should get rid of it (didn't think of ebay in those days) and she replied 'no keep it, I'll never know when I might need one!'
