I know.The comment was to do with the day-to-day petty annoyances one might expect to encounter in a dystopian megalopolis such as the one in your picture.
I'd like to know how on earth you make these pics, the spiral at the outskirts making me think about Mandelbrot sets, fractal geometry and so on.

They are 3D Mandelbrot models,Taking the various Mandelbrot / Julia / Menger sets, and pulling them from 2 to 3D.
Takes a bit of tinkering, but it's fun messing with them.
