My current favourite is Roky Erickson's 'True Love Cast Out All Evil'.Although I admit it kinda stretches the definition of 'current' a bit, even though it's fairly new. 'Newly allowed out of a maximum-security facility for the criminally insane after 30 years' would be closer to it.
