Pepe De La Soto is the devilish identical twin brother of Philbert De La Soto, the Brooklyn-based founder of Buff Babies, Inc. After his expulsion from mime school for smashing the invisible glass box of a fellow classmate, Pepe quickly fell into a life of crime and trickery. To date, he has successfully stolen 87 identities in 62 countries—including those of Al Sharpton, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, Don Cheadle and Pol Pot—to name a few. Pepe is also wanted for software piracy, war crimes, loitering and aircraft hijacking. His last confirmed sighting was eight months ago in Guam, where he was masquerading as a brilliant Chinese physicist.
