# Children’s Hospice
The Francis House Children’s Hospice will be holding another of its big fundraising charity shows at the Oldham Coliseum this autumn.

The man who heads the charity, Dobcross-based Revd David Ireland, joined veteran performer Jimmy Cricket and the show’s producer Jim Nicholas to launch the event. The Krankies and the Swinging Blue Jeans are also on the bill, and the show will run for two nights on 10 and 11 October.

One of the performances has already sold out, and tickets for the other are apparently selling quickly. You can get yours by contacting the Coliseum box office on 0161 624 2829. They’re priced at £15 and £12.

In a statement supplied to Saddleworth News along with the above picture, Revd Ireland said: “This event is always a fabulous evening’s entertainment, but with the added bonus that all proceeds go to a worthy cause.”

The charity recently announced plans to double the size of its facility in Didsbury, which cares for youngsters from across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
