Helpful HintS&M clubs generally have strict rules that any abuse is "safe, sane, and consensual". High schools are notoriously lax (and/or clueless) about preventing or dealing with harassment (i.e. 'bullying').
So if you're a student and you're being bullied: run from the school, to the fetish club.
